Office hours are Monday through Thursday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., and Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m, except Cuban and U.S. federal holidays. For emergencies that occur after hours or on weekends (for U.S. citizens only), call the main switchboard at (+53)(7) 839-4100 and dial 1 to speak with the emergency operator.
