Request for a Non-Immigrant Visa
Effective January 1, 2008, spouses and minor children of U.S. citizens residing in Cuba may obtain expedited nonimmigrant visa interviews. Applicants must present the U.S. passport of the parent or spouse and either the marriage certificate or birth certificate as appropriate on the day of the interview.
Please note that this service is being offered as a courtesy to U.S. citizens resident in Cuba and does not change U.S. immigration law regarding eligibility for a nonimmigrant visa.
