Nonimmigrant visa and border crossing card application processing fees (per person) effective June 4, 2010

On June 4, 2010, the Department of State will increase the Machine-Readable Visa (MRV) and Border Crossing Card (BCC) application fees to ensure sufficient resources to meet the increasing cost of processing nonimmigrant visas (NIVs).  All applicants applying for nonimmigrant visas beginning on June 4, 2010, will be required to pay the new fee amount (in convertible pesos) regardless of when they made their appointment.

H, L, O, P, Q and R category nonimmigrant visa   139.00 CUC

 E category nonimmigrant visa                              362.00 CUC

K (Fiance) category nonimmigrant visa                 325.00 CUC
